Please read the entire booking policy below when deciding to book your appointment

 

By working with Nuptials by Sharon, LLC you agree to all of its terms and conditions. “Working with” means that you (couple) were reserved on our Nuptials by Sharon, LLC calendar, by paying in full at time of booking your date to reserve your slot.

Pricing

• A non-refundable 100% payment is due in full at the time of booking for all wedding packages.

• Additional fees may be added to any package that is performed on the holidays.

Late Terms

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you can still be legally married but may not have time for more than just a basic exchange of vows.  This does not apply to the Luxury Package.

• If you are more than 1 hour late, you will need to reschedule and there are no refunds.  

• *Late terms do not apply to the Luxury package

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• There are no refunds offered on any of the wedding packages. If you need to reschedule, you may do so, if the new date and time are available. 

• All travel fees are non-refundable

Officiant Responsibilities

• Officiant agrees to perform the ceremony in a professional and respectful manner, in accordance with the ceremony planned by the couple.  

• Officiant agrees to solemnize the couple on the date, time, and location of the ceremony listed within this agreement.  

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow my policies.  If you read these policies after you book your appointment, you will not be offered a full refund.  ​

•  ​If you purchase Classic or Luxury with Certified Tracking, expect to receive your tracking number no more than 5 days after your signing. 

• The marriage certificate will be mailed or hand delivered within 2 weeks after the wedding day

• The First Dance-song of your choice (5- minute limit) with the Simple Signing Package will be played on an iPhone using Apple Music

Couples Responsibilities 

Packages

Simple Signing - 0- 10 people in attendance

Deluxe Micro- 0-20 people in attendance

Classic- 0-50 people in attendance

Luxury - 0-maximum in attendance

• A "Simple Signing package can be either a quick “I do,” or an exchange of formal vows and rings.  

• Simple Signing Package is 30 minutes; Deluxe Micro Wedding is 45 minutes; Classic is 1 hour and Luxury only has no time limit and no late fee as well  

• Your marriage license must be signed by the couple, and witnesses, immediately after the ceremony, with no exceptions.

• It is your full responsibility to obtain your marriage license according to your state's law.

• A copy of your marriage license must be emailed to Nuptials by Sharon 3 days prior to your ceremony, and the original must be present at the ceremony.

• It is your full responsibility to return the signed marriage license back to the Count Clerks' office that issued it within 30 days. 

• If you request, that I mail your marriage license with tracking, I am not liable for errors caused by the USPS. 

• Nuptials by Sharon LLC is not financially liable for any more than the fee you have already paid.

• Each couple agrees to supply detailed directions to the location at least 2 (two) weeks prior to the set date.  Information may be provided via email or sent directly through text message.

• The couple is responsible for the travel fee if it applies.

• Concerning rehearsals, teleconferences, and pre-marital sessions, you are responsible for arranging that separate appointment at least 2 weeks before your wedding. If you wait less than 2 weeks before your wedding to schedule these sessions/meetings, you could possibly forfeit your opportunity of having it.

Media 

• The couple agrees that the wedding officiant can use any media that has been taken for the couple’s wedding (print/picture/video) can and will be used for marketing and advertising purposes.

• Complimentary photos are included in the package with an iPhone and sent via email or text to the couple within 72 hours.
